The rooms are spacious, the property is fairly quiet and the staff are excellent

Il y a un problème avec l'eau , elle sent les œufs pourris. Cette odeur ce disperse dans tout la chambre ce qui rend le séjour moins agréable mais je suis persuadé que les propriétaires feront de leur mieux pour régler la situation. Autre que ça, tout est parfait

Anreise: Wir sind mit einem gebuchten PKW von Cebu ans Maya New Port gekommen. Am Pier bezahlt man 140 Peso für die Inselbenutzung, 5 Peso für den Hafen und 240 Peso für das Boot per Person. Für einen Obolus tragen Einheimische das Gepäck, auch auf der Insel Malapascua, worüber wir sehr dankbar waren, denn auf der Insel landet man in der Regel direkt am Sandstrand, wo natürlich keine Koffer gezogen werden können. Im Blue Corals Beach Resort hatten wir das Garten Bungalow gebucht. Die Service Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das inkludierte Frühstück war erwartbar überschaubar, welches man anhand einer Karte auswählen konnte. Lage ist sehr gut vom Hotel, da direkt am Strand und mit einem gemieteten Roller für 500 Peso am Tag, kann man gut die ganze Insel erkunden. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenso in der Nähe.

Unser "Superior" Bungalow war leider nicht wirklich der Beschreibung wert. Sehr klein (kleiner als die angegebenen 24 qm!) und sehr einfach. Die winzige Terrasse vor dem Zimmer liegt mitten im Durchgang ohne jegliche Privatsphäre. Durch den Riesenspalt unten an der Tür kommen nachts regelmäßig Tausendfüßler ins Zimmer, auf die man Gefahr läuft drauf zu treten, wenn man nicht die Zimmerlampe, die aus einer nackten Glühbirne an der Decke bestand, an hat. Es fehlte ein Toilettenpapierhalter und der eigentlich in der Zimmerbeschreibung inkludierte Wasserkocher mussten wir uns beim Service erbetteln. Ebenso hat das Zimmer keinen Safe, keinen Haartrockner und auch keine kostenlosen Pflegeprodukte, obwohl dies alles in der Beschreibung steht. Beim nächsten mal würden wir woanders buchen.

The staff in the hotel are very friendly and the room was cleaned every day if asked. Toiletries such as shampoo and soap and toilet paper can be obtained every day from reception. The breakfast is very good and it is great to be able to have it as a take away if you need to leave earlier for diving . Location is fantastic, just at one end of Bounty Beach, which makes it a quiet spot and having access to the beach loungers below, very pleasant. It is also quite close to the port, only about 5/10 minutes walk.

The hotel needs an overall renovation and upkeep. The room is relatively small, and has limited storage / hanging space. We had a problem with a bad smell in the bathroom. While maintenance looked at it a couple if times, it did not fully clear.
