I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, I was very disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. There were hairs in the shower cabin, and I also found some strange insects on the towel, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. Additionally, the check-in hours are extremely limited (only from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM), which is very inconvenient for guests arriving later in the day. To make matters worse, there was a loud party in the hotel during the night. The noise continued until around 4:00 AM, making it impossible for me to get any proper sleep. Overall, this experience did not meet basic hospitality standards, and I am very disappointed. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve both cleanliness and guest comfort in the future.

Lage ist schön mit einem schönen Balkon.

Leider war mein Zimmer nicht sehr sauber, Haare vom Vorgänger und über der Bar in der eine Party bis 3.00 Uhr früh gefeiert wurde.
