Camping Le Canada-Insolite

Echt een hele leuke accommodatie als je van kamperen en comfort houdt! Bed was heerlijk en de hut was van alle gemakken voorzien; een koelkast, dubbele gaspit en stromend water. Borden, bestek en pannen etc zijn beschikbaar bij de tent, eveneens als stoelen en elektriciteit. Personeel was mega vriendelijk, locatie was prachtig. Prachtige natuur, rivier waar je lekker kan zwemmen of snorkelen en wakker worden door zingende wielewalen, wie wil dat nu niet.

Le concept nature de la tente bucheron est vraiment géniale. A changé les chaises. Sinon vraiment top. Petite idee au passage. Un brasero en haut. Se serait magnifique. On a fait la connaissance d'un petit écureuil. . A faire en amoureux si vous aimez la nature. On a passé un séjour exceptionnel.. Merci.

I just loved the concept of tipi in the forest. Very clean camping area, big forest surrounding the campground, lots of birds and of course the lovely semois by my feet. It’s also a family camping so as a solo traveler you feel pretty safe.

The “insolite” part, you aren’t quite insolite, other tipis were in use by families with children running around and shouting. This was a bit tiring since I hoped to be in a calmer area. But you manage, I was out hiking the whole day and at night I set up my bbq while the kids slept. Only early mornings were hard - at the same time the birds were as loud as the kids 😂
