Localização excelente, custo benefício sem dúvidas, ambiente familiar, sem bagunça, sensação de segurança, simplicidade e preço justo ao que se propõe. Recomendo a experiência.

Limpeza mas nada grave. Alguns ajustes em pisos dos banheiros, sendo um deles com lâmpada queimada e pintura dos banheiros e outros locais pra trazer uma sensação mais clean no ambiente. Pelo preço que paguei está tudo dentro do custo benefício. Isso não pesa negativamente por esse motivo.
