"Was a lovely break, but very windy - is it always that exposed?"

The location was fine, not so close for walking in to the town (though we never went there). The caravan was very clean and smart. The directions video given to find the caravan was most useful. The owners were on hand if there was any issues to resolve.

Not used to working the coffee machine, looked different than on the video. We got the grill flame on, but couldn't get it stay on. Maybe some basic instructions for the cooker were needed. Did not get the bedroom tv to work.

Great size, high quality decor and equipment, responsive host and clear instructions for check-in/out and use of property

Connection for streaming can drop out as a result of the weather but this was actually a good thing as it made me more present in my stay rather than binging tv

Was a lovely clean and well maintained caravan, with everything you might need supplied. From blankets, to tea & coffee. Everything was well maintain and in lovely condition. The communication from the owners was great and clear.

If I had to find something I didn’t like, it was the route between the caravans to park your car. It was snug but not really much of an issue.

Very close to the beach on a quiet site. Within walking distance from Tywyn high street and Talyllyn railway. Everything you need is close by.

"Exceptional"

Everything was supplied and all the stuff I took "just I case it they didn't have it" was left in the car. Lovely clean.. Comfy beds, warm, large fridge freezer (Hooray!) , near the sea. Would go again, as we wanted for nothing.

Access is a bit tight by wide car but not impossible and n9 ones fault, and gets easier with time.

This caravan is exceptional in all the things previously checked The Hosts were also exceptional great communicators even a bottle of wine for each of the group on arrival we had a great time in Barmouth and Bryn Crug falls and all the surrounding area of Ty Wyn This caravan is spotless Big thanks to Craig and Carole

Liked everything, fantastic caravan with everything you need for a nice and comfortable stay. So close to the sea. Absolutely would book it again if we went in that direction again, strongly recommend it.
