All'arrivo in struttura lo chalet presentava un problema alla porta che non si chiudeva. Dopo aver fatto presente la cosa, per più di un'ora non hanno fatto nulla, e solo dopo lunga insistenza, hanno risolto il problema. Inoltre, nello chalet non è presente nemmeno una presa, non segnalato al momento della prenotazione (tutti abbiamo un cellulare, tutti all'estero ci moviamo con l'aiuto di mappe online!). Nei nostri 3 giorni di soggiorno mai una volta che il pos funzionasse... Costringendoci a pagare in contante. Anche questo non segnalato quando abbiamo effettuato la prenotazione.
