Lipe Garden Beach Resort

Perfect location on the beach, close to walking street but quiet. A bonus was a snorkeling spot with coral and different fish right in front.

There could be improvement in sustainability (less of single use plastic). A bigger shelf in the bathroom for toiletteries would have been great.

The huts were nice and clean. I needed to flush out the swarm of ants from the bathroom one day and although it’s on the sea front there’s no view of the sea. The staff were really friendly but kept us waiting at the boat drop off for over an hour. In the end one of the other tour operators called them to remind them to come collect us. They only have a small number of rooms and the whole island was full, it was peak season so guess they always book their rooms up anyway.

Staying inland would have been more cost effective. When I found out how much less rooms were inland I was let’s wondering what extra I got for the additional money I spent. The beach huts are not on the beach, they’re set back on a lane with no view of the sea. For the money I’d have preferred more interaction with people. No common area bar or any other facilities. But then I’m a solo traveller so wanted to meet people. Perhaps for a couple it would have been okay. I moved out and into a place inland which had the same facilities for half the price (700bht per night). You can walk across the whole island in 20 minutes so you don’t need a beach place. That said, maybe if I were I a couple and didn’t want to leave my room I’d have enjoyed it.

It offers clean, comfortable, no frills accommodation. Great location, close to shops and bars of Walking Street, and walking distance to Sunrise and Sunset Beaches. The resort is quiet and peaceful despite proximity to restaurants and bars. Staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. Also, on site, there is an excellent massage service. Ladies are well trained and government certified. I enjoyed my stay there.

Location was excellent Bungalow was clean and modern with good facilities Staff were lovely and helpful

Only 4 deck chairs for the whole resort! Guests would leave their belongings on them even when not using them! So it was very rare to get to sun bathe in comfort Stayed 8 nights and they never offered to clean the room or refill coffee etc No where to dry clothes Outside the door opened onto a narrow pathway with a hammock too close to the wall to use and 1 plastic chair No windows in the room so felt very closed off

It's one of the best prime locations on Pattaya Beach. The staff are amazing, super friendly and really helpful especially Toni and Chris and the Monkey Bar close by provides great entertainment and amazing cocktails. I highly recommend this amazing place to everyone. Thank you sooo much Toni, Chris and all your lovely and friendly staff once again for welcoming me warmly into your beautiful and harmonious resort. Thank you for the hospitality during my visit. I really enjoyed everything about my stay at your resort. From the moment of my arrival to my last minute at your place I was treated really well. I must say I really enjoyed my stay here and I didn't want to leave this beautiful and breathtaking place sooo soon and I can't wait to come back in the near future.

good for voyeurs (a lots of moaning from the next door)

Noisy neighbors, the walls are paper-thin a lot of moaning and slaps from the next door (but she was good! Theatrical performance 5/5 starts!) The location on Booking com doesn't reflect reality - it is much further. I moved to a different accommodation that was cheaper and better (the walls had two bamboo layers)

These huts are basic but in great condition. The location is right at the beach but far enough to avoid all the party noise.
