It natural, so there are always some interesting small friends will be part of the house, but the staff are really nice to take care of it right away, so no need to worry from that. The food is amazing, traditional food , so it wait for a while for all the process, and breakfast are also hard working and good enough amount. Love it ! Full energy for the new day coming

Super friendly & helpful staff. The room was all-together excellent. The views are breathtaking. Watching the night sky in a personal outdoor bath was glorious.

While the area is beautiful, there doesn't seem to be great hiking trails nearby. However, you can access plenty of them via bus if you plan ahead.

I would recommend to stay atleast 2 nights in this resort because the check in time is 4pm and 10:30am for check out. The room is spacious and It comes with 2 private Onsen for Akane room.(Indoor & Outdoor) The enviroment is good for those who seek for peace of mind as the place is far from Town. It takes 40 mins to reach fr Özü town or an hour travel from ASO mountain to the resort. The breakfast serve in Japanese cuisine.

The check in time is too late at 4pm and the check out time is at 10:30 in the morning. Akabe room need to revamp.

We really enjoy the time we spent here. With the indoor n outdoor private onsen, I couldn’t ask for more. From the meal, facilities, staff’s service all are in high quality. We would like to come again for our next visit. A memorable highlight in our trip. Thank you spagreenness!

Spacious rooms...great bath...excellent food

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and had both an indoor and outdoor onsen. One of the best accomodations we stayed at.

Breakfast time was fixed from 8. We would have preferred having an earlier breakfast. Otherwise the food was outstanding and they made amendments to suit my dietary requirements (vegetarian)

First the hard facts: the hotel is an oasis of quietness and affordable luxury in the middle of Kyushu’s mountains. The are several apartments with private onsen and some with view over the mountain side. A very tasty and rich breakfast (Japanese or western) is available in the main building. Great Restaurants and a cafe with delicious cake and views are nearby. But the most lovely point was this: In Japan you usually meet many respectful, friendly people. However, the staff in Spa Greenness was extraordinary. Already the information exchange when planning details weeks before our arrival was both cordial and professional. On location everybody was helpful and friendly, be it for a special breakfast or very helpful to book a ferry for the next travel section. It’s really the place to go if you want to find some peace and quietness away from busy cities.

everything was absolutely amazing! The staff are sweet and helpful, the rooms we had was nice and big (akane), the snacks were great, the staff made a reservation for the Japanese restaurant next door, where we had a very nice keiseki meal - a very fascinating experience -, the breakfast was great! everything was perfect, and we enjoyed the view of Aso and enjoyed both our inside and outside onsen!
