The location is great. There was a functional aircon with a fully furnished kitchen

I spent more than 30mins trying to check in. They apparently double booked the room I wanted. According to them booking.com is a huge inconvenience as their bookings don’t reflect on their side so they attributed this inconvenience to that. I was being offered rooms that smelled horrible and both had a rug. I had informed them of my allergies but they were insisting. They were insisting because they had decided to offer the more convenient room to another family that was making a booking on the phone in my arrival. After a long back and forth, I was given the room they had promised to the other family. This is not happening for the first or 2nd time. Everytime I book with them I experience the same. Certain rooms are given to certain people. Also, their booking says breakfast included and according to them that is not the case. We had to pay extra. Booking online should be convenient. If they don’t have their admin in order, I will not be booking with them ever again.

The aircon in the main bedroom were exceptional.

the ladies serving breakfast were on there phones the whole time. We were hot when we got there, but could not use the swimming pool as it was green and in a bad state. The Lapa was full of droppings and we could not use it.

Whilst all our rooms were together they were not far apart. The 3-sleeper had an inadequate sleeper couch but as we were on a road trip and had blow up mattresses with us we did not make a fuss about it.

The restaurant was close on the night we were there. We did not realise this would be so especially during December peak period. There was a dog running loose that bothered our kids. Despite this being raised it persisted.

I have never booked such an uncomfortable resort it’s the worst, the staff is very unfriendly, the bed I could literally feel the springs on my ribs 😡even in the bathroom the water was not hot , no air freshener, the room smelled of cigarette, the breakfast I don’t even want to mention it what a horrible stay

I love their dinner and the view at room no 8.

When its breakfast time, i had to always ask for warm milk. Warm milk can always be readily available. There is only 1 iron to use at the only that we share with the laundry staff. Add your irons. On my last dinner we waited long to be served yet at 21:00pm we were told that they are closing and we had to stop eating and take our food to the room.

The onsite Restaurant. Bad bad service or staff weren’t trained at all. We waited unusually long for food ordered and waiters were just so bad. So bad Management.
