Lunar Dive Resort: Bamboo Villas

Beautiful small resort just outside Tulamben. Clean and comfortable, with attention to details. I was travelling alone and felt safe and at home. A little out of town so you need a scooter, but that is no issue - short ride to main area. Can rent scooter directly from Lunar. Owners are very kind and helpful with organising transfers , restaurant and massage recommendations etc- everything was convenient. All staff were great! I extended my stay, and am sad to leave! Highly recommend for relaxing stay away from the bustle. Huge pool too!!

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, Top Ausstattung der Zimmer, ruhig - was auf Bali oft nicht einfach zu finden ist. Etwas mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück wäre schön (das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend); Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, jederzeit gerne wieder!

This was the absolute perfect destination for a quiet, relaxing holiday. We booked for two weeks and ended up staying an extra week. Elsa and Pieter are so welcoming and nothing at all is a problem. All the staff are amazing too. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and modern. There is a water cooler so no need to find bottled water. There is a large fridge, the best shower in Bali, double sinks, Netflix, plenty of power outlets and proper lighting. I have mobility issues and this place made everything so easy. There were no stairs to contend with getting to the room and the pool was right at the door with good easy access (steps and a rail). Elsa even had a table brought down especially from the restaurant. The breakfast was amazing and the food delivery was perfect. Elsa kindly took us in to the supermarket - nothing was ever a problem. We didn’t dive but the facilities here are amazing. I highly recommend staying here.

L'emplacement, éloigné de la plage et du centre, sans navette quotidienne. Accueil froid et décourageant. Petit déjeuner léger.

Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent.

During check in, we were told to switch the ac off so the electricity will not be “wasted.”The issue was it was not cooling enough. Thinking that we were only staying for a night, we did not tell anyone about the issue.

I have been staying here for the 3rd times. and I will be back here again if i go to Tulamben. - The room is fairly clean spacious. - The staff is friendly. - Has a 4m pool. - Has a TV in the room with Netflix, etc

- There was a power outage during my stay. but thankfully it didn’t last long. - The breakfast could be better.

I would only recommend to stay here if you are planning to dive with Lunar Dive
