Pepper Garden Resort

Mooi uitzicht op de natuur om je heen, weg van de drukte in Ella maar toch dichtbij, de host is heel aardig en doet haar best om je een goede ervaring te geven. Koelkast en warm water was fijn. Lopen door de theeplantage en jingle naar Ella toe vonden de kinderen een leuke route.

Leggermente fuori dal centro, è necessario prendere un mezzo a noleggio se si vuole essere pienamente autonomi.

Clean, spacious and simple spot. Stayed in the newly constructed room with the forest view. Enjoyed the peaceful stay. Steps under construction so slightly difficult for old folks. Otherwise, no issues whatsoever. Very attentive and helpful host.

Leuk huisje met prachtig uitzicht over de omgeving. Je slaapt echt midden in de natuur en toch dicht bij Ela ( via de sluiproute door de thee plantages). Prima ontbijt.

De bedden zijn aan de kleine kant, zeker als je met oudere kinderen op deze kamer wil slapen. In het donker moet je wel echt met een taxi/tuc tuc de berg weer op.

We stayed here in June and we had a wonderful time. Our bungalow was up in the trees with a view of the temple and the incredible sunsets. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts surrounded by fruit trees and birds. We ended up staying a little longer to make the most of it. We also really liked the tuk tuk driver who took us to various different sites.

Staff were super friendly and breakfast was great each morning. Room was great for a family of 4. Hotel is a short tuk tuk ride to the restaurant and bars of ella.

The hotel is located at the end of a dirt road. So walking with 4 cases and 2 children would've been very tough. The owners did arrange a tuk tuk to take our luggage up to the room but upon check out they had charged 500lkr (to Ella centre was only 300lkr and longer journey).

WOW! This place is from out of this world. Probably one of the most amazing places we’ve been. It feels like you’re in a tree house in the middle of the jungle. It’s really magical, at least for us it was. The owner is thoughtful, kind and an amazing host. We would definitely come back!

The water pressure could be better (minor thing)

Placed in the middle of nature, beautiful view, quiet only nature sounds, big balcony in the Height with a really nice view, room is really cozy, good beds, warm water, a lot of big Windows to watch nature outside. Host really kind and sweet. Good food. Free WiFi.

Coffe and drinks were a little bit thin.
