The Beach Bothies

A fantastic place, could not fault it. Every need is thought of, even to outdoor duvets for stargazing 😁.

We have fallen in love with the Beach Bothies in 2022. It felt like a beautiful home for the time we spent there back then and even more this year. Julie and Dave have been wonderful, lovely, welcoming, warm, helpful, attentive and generous hosts! We couldn't end up in a better place and will be back a 3rd time.

Location is out of this world. A truly magical place

Everything was excellent

Stunning accommodation with the most incredible view, and just a few steps from the beach. The bothy was a little home from home and the hosts had thought of everything you could possibly need and more. We were welcomed by the hosts Dave and Julie and had they very kindly left us some black pudding and fresh scallops to eat. Being dog friendly was also a huge positive.

Nothing! It was perfect in every way.

We loved the charm and comfort of our bothy/room. It had everything needed plus way more. The hosts provided so many extras!! We loved the homemade bread and jam and the fresh scallops. I've never stayed anywhere before that showed this level of thoughtfulness and hospitality.

Julie was so welcoming and left us warm, freshly baked bread, scallops, and black pudding. All very delicious. The view out to the bay is spectacular. We highly recommend staying here.

The location is literally smack dab on a gorgeous beach with waves lulling you to sleep at night. The Bothies are well-equipped with everything you could need. There are two more beaches right nearby and plenty of good walks start right outside the door. The hosts are warm, kind people who made me feel like a friend.
