Room size

The property is filthy, it feels like an old dumpster. I guess the owner is trying to sell and doesn't care much. The linens are not changes, don't even want to talk about the bathroom I could not take a shower.

Beside location, absolutely nothing!

Everything was very bad! It’s waste of money ! Very dirty , I had to wash the spiders by myself to be able to get in to the bath tube … that location was not ready for rental at all. No staff… only one blanket for 2 people …very disappointed 😞 I can’t upload more then 4 pictures but I don’t recommend at all!!

Andrei was really great to work with. He called in advance to workout the check-in and was always available by phone (we called a few times for some quick questions). Upon arrival, he actually offered us a better room with a private bathroom which we happily accepted. He also gave us extra space heaters and blankets to make sure we were warm (which we were). The water was electrically heated so it was always hot immediately which was very nice. For how much we paid, the size of room and location were incomparable. It would have been impossible to get a better deal anywhere. Both AFI mall and the old center were a short 10 minute walk away.

The only gripe we had was with the overall cleanliness of the room and bathroom. When we arrived there was hair and general grime on the bathroom floor, the towels smelled, and (largely because of both of those reasons), we didnt have alot of confidence in the bedding. We had brought our own bedding, towels, and windex to clean anyways so after some cleanup, we felt alot better and spent 6 nights there happily. To be completely fair, this was the spontaneous upgrade room and the original room (as well as the bathroom) we paid looked cleaner so its possible he hadnt had a chance to clean it and we were the ones who chose it (because it had the private bathroom and a larger room).

Pozitia și că ai parcare in fața casei. 10 minute pe jos până la mall, promenadă și liniștea noaptea.

Se vede clar că nu prea sa mai învestit...

La ubicación genial. La atención del dueño muy buena. Todo muy limpio. Además el dueño ha sido tan amable de enviarme unas gafas que olvidadé en su hostal, por lo que la atención es muy buena.

The accommodation is near to historic center. It has all basics that you need.

For the price is not so clean. Bathroom was really dirty and beds was just two not so comfortable couches puted together.
