The property far exceeded my expectations given its mid-range rating here on Booking.com. It deserves a much better rating because the facility is clean modern and comfortable.

Proprietarul este glumet si sociabil chiar daca lipseste interesul acordat locatiei.

Locatia este intretinuta cat sa nu se darame, usile atat de fragile incat s-ar rupe doar daca te sprijini pe ele si ialele strambe, nimic nu luceste dar ma asteptam macar la grupul sanitar sa fie curat si sa miroasa a curat dar zero! Asternuturi vechi si patate si mobilier foarte vechi si nereconditionat. Camerele sunt pentru muncitori plini de noroi si doar pentru dormit. Nu exista tv sau wifi.

The most dirty place that I have ever seen! Dear host, please don't talk too much - instead of this grab the mop and clean!!! Shame on you! People from Booking, please check the conditions in this place, it is not suitable even for animals! You can catch a bouquet of diseases there! Everything is extremely old and broken - uncomfortable beds, there is not even a simple TV in the room... Not worth for the money at all... The table and the chair were disgusting and sticky... I am really disappointed! And NO, YOU DON'T HAVE A PARKING PLACE!!! You park in front of the hotel on the sidewalk! After we moved our car for two hours somebody else took our place. There in no free parking in Brasov so we had to pay extra to park our car...

oltre ad averci fatto aspettare quasi due ore per il check-in, qui si rischia di prendere il colera (siamo abituati a viaggiare senza pretese ma puzza di urina di topi). il bagno non viene pulito da tempo, nemmeno la carta igienica. materassi lerci. pessimo tutto

Schlimmer geht nimmer!! Location glatte 6 dreckig, Vermieter nicht vor Ort, Toilette und Dusche unterirdisch,Duschkopf abgefallen, Matratzen sowas von durchgelegen (habe zum Glück mein Schlafsack mit dabei gehabt) Bisher hatte ich auch in dieser Preis Kategorie immer gute und saubere Zimmer, da ein Gewitter aufgezogen ist und ich mit dem Motorrad unterwegs bin , habe ich das erste Angebot angenommen!! Da es schon spät war und eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich war, habe ich diese Location genommen, dafür müsste man Schmerzensgeld bekommen und nichts bezahlen!! Wie gesagt habe ich bisher immer gute Erfahrung gemacht!!
