Nothing not to like

The location is perfect and central. Sea views. It makes for an excellent location for a base.

There was nothing that we did not like

I needed to be in and around Dawlish Warren so the location was absolutely perfect for me.

There are very few external lights around the site so it is quite hard to initially find the lodge you're staying in.

OK, the van is getting on a bit, but its a pet friendly van. So this has little bearing on its quality

Communication from owners was great. Amazing caravan & location. Near to all the local amenities.

loved the little caravan park, view was beautiful, caravan was small but very comfortable/cozy.

there was a bit of mold forming by the toilet.

Space Clean Location Plenty of cupboard space

Door difficult to lock Double duvet very noisy (crackly Mirror in bedroom had tape on it Warren Retreat was what we thought we were looking for but no. 25 was called Salisbury
