Cleaness and the location - river side and berth for boats. There ir also chance to slide your own boat in the Daugava. Very nice child playground.

Good location near the river, Air conditioner

Well designed premises, but very poorly maintained. Its not that something wasn`t cleaned. Just any asset wear out with time and needs to be repaired or replaced. Plus, quite bad choice for couch in facilities, which are pet friendly. Please see pictures attached! Very uncomfortable beds. All in all, we didn`t feel relaxed after these 3 nights.

Nice view over the river. Modern house with good standard.

Hard to open the window in the bedroom, the bed was in the way and could not be moved. Too many beds in a too small room.
