Hidden Valley Resort

Facilities were first-rate and staff friendly and helpful. We had our own breakkies in-room and this suited us fine. Location to area/region and Melbourne and accessibility to trains during free travel period, was also excellent. Beautiful, well maintained grounds and a very quiet, peaceful and quiet atmosphere, where privacy does not come at a premium. This resort would be a very, very attractive retirement option and when you stay here, the reasons are very clear.

Leaving the resort/having to go home, at holiday end. Not being sure which Wheelie Bins belonged to our apartment. Label numbers might help.

Very spacious and comfortable. Easy check in and check out process. Very neat and clean.

Bed OK nothing special nothing else.

Place was dirty outside - filthy, furniture other than the lounge was old, marked, lamp shade broken. Woken at 7am by noise outside collecting rubbish bins on golf course then mower on golf course started at 7.15. Main bedroom should have had a king bed (standard in high fee properties and plenty of room) and pillows cheap. Not even a bottle of water or jug of water in fridge. Outside chairs awful and should have had cushions. Uncomfortable in the extreme.

Absolutely everything. It was a beautiful place to stay. So much to do. Close to funfields and metro stations. So many beautiful parks locally and so muxh fun for the kids

Nothing not to like this place was spectacular

Loved the setting, it was so beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. My view was amazing. Townhouse was perfect.

I didn’t realise they run swimming lessons in the pool. For a relaxing holiday it would have been good to know this before I went for a swim, and to know the schedule of when the pool isn’t full of kids.
