The owners are very nice and helpful. They will arrange autos for you and they provided exemplary service in each interaction.

While the sheets, towel, and bed was clean. Bathroom could be cleaner since I saw atleast 3 spiders

the rude behaviour of the owner. what happened is that they had kept some spare woods and broken doors outside the window which wasn't visible to me. It was so hot inside that i tried to open the window. The next one hour, the long-haired guy was scolding me, rushing at me in anger, throwing things around. I was surprised how much one can get angry at something such silly. That totally destroyed my mood. My piece of advice: Be careful travelling in Kerala and particularly if the host belongs to the local fisherman community. There are many such folks who run small hotels and all. They are really difficult people in the hospitality business.

Clean and place is homely. All around filled with plants ,nice place to stay staff are very approachable,they have kitchen so it's good for staying with toddlers as well .Beach is just few steps away whole day u can hear sound of waves .

For non AC room price could have been little lesser.
