Lemon Dew Beach House, Alleppey Beach

Lemon Dew is just in front of the beach, nice area, the place is full of flowers and plants, so beautiful and gives a beautiful vibe. Stuff can't be nicer, always willing to help and really friendly! The room was suuuper clean and very confortable! I'd repeat my stay in Lemon Dew without a doubt! Furthermore, in the morning, they serve the best breakfast full of amazing fruits and shakes, you can't miss it!

The location of this stay is amazing. Beach is walkable, there are a few cafes nearby. Stay had a common area/balcony which was beach facing where you could sit and enjoy sunsets. I did wfh and wifi was good enough. Staff was very warm and they can arrange all your sightseeing if you want them to. I booked it as a staycation for a solo traveller as it was walkable to zostel and zostel was booked out. But, its cafe and vibe was so good that I went to zostel cafe and came back in 5 mins and worked here only. Its cafe serves breakfast and its also worth having once atleast. I also didn't plan to explore much but they arranged boat ride for me with a company and an auto. Everyone in the town was safe and warm and knew English. Locals are tourist-friendly. Even autowalas kept asking me if I am okay while showing me around. Definitely recommend Alleppey and this stay for solo female travellers. I think I would replace south goa beaches with alleppey beach now whenever I want beach vacation.

Rooms could have little upgrades like thicker curtains or better doormats etc but overall still good value for money since rooms have good AC. Breakfast was expensive, but maybe price is high because breakfast looks instagram-worthy. If you don't eat seafood, then there are not many food options in this area. You might want to stay near backwaters if you don't like beach that much. I found cheaper and better food options near the main road area. If rooms can have table chair then long wfh staycations can be done in this stay too.

It was a quiet place a step away from the beach. The place is full of gardens and flowers. It has a cool common area where one can enjoy the sea view.

It would have been great if there was a covered car parking lot.

We really loved Lemon Dew Beach! The garden is beautiful and every detail of the decoration! They have a terrace with sea view and the breakfast was really amazing! Ranaz was also so caring and helping us with everything we needed (excursions, transfers, money exchange). We had a perfect stay there and recommend it a 100%!!!
