INStayed at Club Mahindra Goa for one night (13th–14th Dec) with my 2-year-old toddler. The experience was extremely disappointing. No in-house cab facility—guests are forced to use local taxi union cabs, and GoaMiles is not allowed. Very inconvenient. The reception staff was rude and unhelpful. Despite repeated requests, no high chair was provided for my toddler. Housekeeping made a serious mistake by not placing one of my bags in the car, yet I was forced to pay ₹3,000 to retrieve it. When I asked the resort to bear the cost for their own error, they refused, and the receptionist Maisha used abusive and disrespectful language. Overall, poor management, zero accountability, and unacceptable behavior. Not recommended for families traveling with toddlers.
This is an amazing property of club Mahindra. It like a hidden gem. Logan was quite helpful during our entire trip. There are 5 swimming pools. The eco trail is not to be missed

The very most entertaining person of club mahindra assanora is magician mr sabin. So kind. He showed many magics to us. All very interesting to watch. Don't miss sabin when you travel next time to club mahindra assanora. Even though it is complementary, sabin promotes magic to all visitors nicely.
