The property itself is so stunning, we were taken aback by how well presented the grounds were. So pretty and tranquil. The staff are incredibly friendly and our room was much bigger than we were expecting. It's perfectly located near local bars, restaurants and the beach.

Allow 2 days for laundry to be returned. This isn't noted anywhere and we ended up leaving it too late, assuming it was a same day or next morning service.

Fabulous rooms, amazing location, access to the best restaurant in Goa and candolim stretch Staff is superb, helpful, attentive and efficient. We were a party of 7. No complains.

Checkout time was 11.00 From 10:30 to 11:15 they called 5 time's for checkout ... After having good times this was bit disappointing...😢

I have been coming here for the last 12 years! It has an old world charm that the owners have maintained. They have upgraded the rooms without losing out on this charm and that is why Goa is the only place I don't prefer the reliability of a chain resort! Rooms and beds are comfortable. Each room is built slightly differently. I like the suite room by the swimming pool, that has 2 balconies, one towards the road and other to the pool. A lot of the staff are long timers which brings familiarity. Calamari which is adjoining and Olegario's their own restaurant provide delicious food and, more importantly a Goan vibe which becomes a deciding factor for me and my family! We come to relax, get lots of sun (direct access to the beach), have some good food and drinks and walk it out! The streets nearby are exciting with lots of food options and shopping!

People with mobility issues may not find the grounds very comfortable, especially if they want to move around on their own. I like everything, but people used to resort chains may find the rooms and grounds out dated (that's the purpose though!)
