Property location is osam near by condoliam beech... But mobile network issue is disgusting.. You can't talk anyone in the room.. Room size is more big according to ac unit... Its take so much time to make this comfortably.. All food nd drinks prize so high nd over charged...

All Good, would prefer if they had Car Parking for their customers, it would have been the best. However this was mentioned clearly that Car parking is not available at the Venue.

"Good place for family stay"

The location is really good with easy accessibility to beach, eateries and main road. Breakfast though have limited choice is good.

Room AC needs checkup for proper cooling. Also a fresh coat of painting will help for better ambience.
