It was a nice cabin with great views.

The kitchen was really small but you have the essentials.

Cabins have all you need, with stunning views and peace and quiet.

Cleanliness was excellent.

Booking.com description contains shower in the cottage. But there is no shower. This was big criteria to choose the cabin, so we feel betrayed now.

What a gem! Amazing how comfortable a small cabin -shipping container size- can be. Thanks to a smart interior design, everything two people need for a very comfortable stay was present. The perfect views through floor to ceiling windows and perfect location on the water front, made the perfect experience complete. White-tailed eagle, seal, star- and aurora gazing from your bed is a once-in-a lifetime experience. The owner was very nice and gave us some wildlife watching and hiking advice, which led to us seeing our first moose in the wild. The cabins are located in a very remote and charming hamlet, making for a tranquille stay.

While sitting on the outdoor deck my wife picked up on the smell from the camp ground’s sceptic tank, which seems to be located right next to the cabin. As well planes flying into Bødo airport unfortunately disturb the peace and quiet every now and then.
