beautiful location, cosy little house facing the countryside, very quiet, beautiful swimming pool area and playground for children. There is a great supermarket literally 3 minutes away by car, which makes everything easier. strategic location overall, you’re 45-50 minutes tops from lots of very diverse places (from Aljezur to Monchique or Sao Sebastiao cape)

the vibe is more like a rental than a resort. it’s all a question of expectation and preparation, so do bring a soap bar with you and some snacks if you check in late in the evening. the place tends to get a bit dirty after a few days with children, and there’s no real cleaning equipment at hand apart from a broom, but maybe we should have asked to get it cleaned up. probably our fault
