THE VAN

The van had everything you need, including small touches which really made us smile. Location was great, seconds from the main hub of Thorness bay.

The Van was perfect, clean and lots of extras, welcomed with a bottle of wine. Cleaning materials provided, toys and games for the children to play. A lovely holiday.

Very clean and spacious. Double bed very comfy. Happy to find a powerful fan for use. Nice clean bedding and towels provided. Based on a lovely quiet park. Our teenage daughters enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed our stay.

Single beds are extremely small and not that comfy. Would suit young kids or very slim teenagers. Sofas were ok but not great. Another frying pan would be helpful.

Brilliant location. Good enough space in the caravan with everything one would need in terms of utilities. Bottle of champagne left for us on arrival was a lovely touch. Owners also left their passes which give you discount off food and drinks at the local clubhouse, as well as some kids entertainment. Shower was good, easily navigated. Huge collection of DVD's to keep you entertained once the kids have gone to bed. Lots of kids games stuff leftover which will always keep a toddler occupied. Overall, I wish we could have stayed longer than a weekend.

Nothing major at all. Tiny little things like the DVD player not working most of the time, fire would not ignite which could have possibly been fixed by adjusting the gas outside, however with the rain, I coped with the plug in heater and radiator. The room heated up eventually. Toilet was temperamental in flushing but got there eventually and you have to be careful when placing dishes in the oven as it seems to slant backwards, causing the dish or tray in the oven to slide to the back
