Overpriced and smelt mouldy

The location is good, and the lady who manages it was very kind — after I told her the bedding was not clean, she came the next day, apologised, and even brought us flowers and fudge, which was lovely.

However, when we arrived late with two little kids, the bedding had stains, and the caravan was not properly cleaned — there were marks of ketchup and mayo in the kitchen. For the price (£600), I would really expect clean bedding and better overall cleaning. Also, cotton bedding would be much nicer and not expensive to provide. Overall, the host was very nice, but the cleaning inside definitely needs more attention.

Beautiful Lodge on the lake, so tranquil and has just about everything you could ever need, we cant wait to book again.

The caravan was very cosy and it feels like your home. It was very modern, clean and tidy. We had a great time spending our holiday. Will definitely go back.

Auroras Dream Lodge was like a home away from home with all the perfect little finishing touches and we didnt want to leave. It was just beautiful waking up to such a great view on the lake, sitting on the deck with a coffee. So clean and tidy too with everything you could need.

Great facilities in the park. Cabin is beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Really lovely outlook with the small lake out the front.

The second bedroom is very very small and the beds are short and narrow. Our two teenage children were too long for the twin beds.

Twin bedroom far too small- cramped conditions. Double sofa-bed really uncomfortable unfortunately.
