just cold as main heating did not work. small electric heater also kept cutting off. no towels provided either.

Everything from start to finish was a disaster the jets taking off until midnight then we could only book half hour of swimming and the passes cost me £240 absolute rip off then constant txts whenever we did anything wrong so in the end we left a day early couldn’t take it anymore we will never go again not to this site or this caravan £1020 wasted our kids where gutted couldn’t even shower because it was constantly boiling hot water coming out we had to shower them at the outdoor showers by the lido

Caravan was great for us (family of 4) Kids loved it especially the hot tub 😁

needed some tlc looked abit tired and door handles on bedrooms didn’t work . shower was broken and there’s an electrical problem which trips out the caravan which needs attention

Kingfisher Court is in a great location on a lovely site. The hot tub was great and the beds and sofas were comfortable . The holiday home was very spacious and great for large groups.

Cleanliness wasn’t great. There were bits along the floor and sides. In one of the bedroom cupboards there was a used toothbrush which had gone mouldy. Some of the pans in the cupboards had food caked on them and hadn’t been washed properly. One of the bedroom doors in faulty and wouldn’t Open without using a knife to move the lock mechanism and children got stuck in the room. One of the stools around the dining table is broken and despite the top of it not actually being attached to the bottom it was placed around the table and the user fell off it - revealing sharp metal which could Be dangerous to some. We tried to watch the TV on our second night and could not get this to work.
