For a cabin in a caravan park it was a class above the usual. Also quality appliances and fixtures

New cabins being built so property wasn't very pretty. But workers respectful and didn't have music blaring all day, and didn't start too early.

Decent location.

Sloppy housekeeping; entire dining table had a layer of grease, there was oil dripping from the kitchen vent, no kitchen towers, no hairdryer, no floor mats inside or out of the cabin for getting rid of mud on our shoes even though the park was undergoing maintenance and it was impossible to avoid puddles of mud.

Location was quiet. Unit was clean, comfortable with lots of room. Loved the coffee machine.

Bathroom exhaust fan did not work
