La nature et l’emplacement

À notre arrivée, l’hôte ne savait même pas quel logement nous était attribué, ce qui a déjà donné une mauvaise première impression. Nous avions pourtant une confirmation claire de notre réservation, mais la prestation que nous avons reçue ne correspondait pas à celle que nous avions payée. Nous nous sommes finalement retrouvés dans le dôme, avec des prestations différentes de celles prévues initialement. Lorsque nous avons essayé d’expliquer la situation, l’hôte n’a pas vraiment voulu reconnaître le problème et a insisté sur le fait que c’était ce que nous avions réservé, alors que notre confirmation indiquait autre chose. Pour le prix payé, la prestation ne valait malheureusement pas ce qui était annoncé. Heureusement, l’environnement naturel, la présence des animaux et l’emplacement plutôt agréable ont un peu rattrapé l’expérience. Malgré cela, nous avons été globalement très déçus et nous n’y retournerons pas. Nous ne pouvons donc pas le recommander.

We liked the container accommodation and outdoor shower and the decoration was good. We also enjoyed the hammock and outdoor area where we could watch the monkeys in the trees.

Location - it was a long walk to shops/restaurants with lots of uphills and downhills, approx 30 mins. About 1 hour - 1 hour 15 mins walk to the beach, downhill on the way there and uphill on the way however there is a local bus for one dollar and the bus stop is approx 15 minute walk to the accommodation. There are also lots of street/stray dogs which barked for hours throughout the night. The dogs also made me feel quite uncomfortable and nervous when walking through the area. There was also construction at the hotel, although this didn’t happen at night, on our last evening however the owners were having a party playing loud music which could be heard in the container we were in until at least 10pm.

We stayed in the igloo and the container. Both were awesome! The property is amazing! Tomaselli was a great host! I would definitely stay here again!

Le logement est dans la nature , magnifique et original , le cadre est parfait pour se reposer mais aussi profiter du parc manuel Antonio et des attractions du Costa Rica. Vous pourrez même y apercevoir des Capuchins Monkeys traverser l’hôtel 🤩 Tomas nous a reçu de la meilleure des manières , il vous fait vous sentir chez vous en vous faisant ressentir la bienveillance Costaricaine.

El sitio más especial en el que hemos estado. Conocimos a Tomaselli y es un artista. Es impresionante pensar que todo el alojamiento lo haya diseñado y construido él mismo. Se ve que hay zonas por terminar, como la recepción. Sin embargo el resto de zonas están increíbles. Tiene varias piscinas en cascada y una zona común para cocinar o hacer barbacoas. La ducha al aire libre estaba genial y era muy privada.
