The nearby beach is not the best in the world. But it's a heaven for kite surfing

We booked a bungalow as was described on booking.com to have a full-sized bed, bathroom and other amenities. We arrived at night after many hrs of driving to discover that it had been falsely advertised by both the property and booking.com and that we had paid nearly €80 for a hut barely large enough for humans. The bed - if you can call it that - was a small mattress supplemented by a piece of semi-circular foam and held together by a sheet. They had it set up that it would have been impossible for anyone but a child or person under 5 feet to have slept in without their legs and feet hanging in the end all night. We had to sleep sideways in order to prevent this and as such I spent the entire night wedged between the small mattress and the crappy piece of foam. If it had not been so late when we arrived after many hours of driving we’d have turned around and left. To make everything even worse, neither the property nor booking.com are owning up to the blatant false advertising of the accommodation and I have spent over a week trying to get through to Booking.com customer service. The whole thing is an absolute disgrace and I am completely appalled with booking.com after this.
