Home Vibes, shower 🚿 and toilet are separated between dry and wet partition. Relatively quiet in a small area but still close enough to walk to the main street to get a taxi and don't have to deal with soi dogs. Free oranges 🍊 when I stayed. The owners will leave you alone, but still communicate clearly when it's necessary. Definitely go back and highly recommend.

The perks: Doppio coffee shop just a five to ten minute walk away for my morning work routine; the daily treats from my host (a coconut, mango, or sweet potatoes); the neighborhood in general - quiet and convenient to the airport, laundry, etc.; the hot water, fridge, and microwave were great, too.

The location is near the airport. For someone who would like to take an early flight or just land at the airport, this guesthouse is perfect. A 7-11 and Amazon Cafe is within walking distance (about 5 minutes). If you decide to rent a motorbike just like I did, the guesthouse is even better for its value, spacious and clean rooms. Besides that, the host, both the husband and wife, are very friendly. Before the trip, I asked her several questions. She replied fast and provided me with complete info on who I could go to for renting a motorbike. During my stay, they even gave me some guava.

Nothing particular. However, if a hairdryer were available, that would be even better.

The area is relatively quiet (dogs are hard to avoid anywhere in Ubon) and it's on a side street with coffee shops nearby (Doppio) and everything else is walkable (laundry, market, even city center). The rooms are efficient and clean and the shower was actually hot. Pat(chy) brought me little treasures: a book, a coconut, little yams. The owners were very attentive and friendly. And I had all the privacy that I needed or wanted for my stay.

Very clean and good shower. Bed was very comfy.

No coffee in the room and no table on balcony.
