We booked last-minute and were initially excited — the wooden caravan looked charming and rustic, which is exactly the kind of place we usually enjoy. But when we arrived, it was a different story. Inside the caravan, the heat was overwhelming — well over 35°C, with no fan, minimal ventilation, and no mosquito screens. Staying inside was unbearable, and staying outside meant being eaten alive by mosquitoes. There was no way to be comfortable or even functional in those conditions. On top of that, the pool wasn’t working, there was no running water inside the caravan (despite there being an electric cooktop), and we had to collect water in 5-liter jugs from about 100–150 meters away — up a very steep hill. The same applied to the toilets and showers: located far up the same slope, not easily accessible, especially at night. We left quickly — the place was simply not suitable for staying in such conditions. We asked for a refund, which was flatly refused. The host showed zero understanding and was anything but accommodating. Not friendly, not helpful, and clearly not customer-oriented. Would absolutely not recommend — especially in summer or to anyone expecting even the bare minimum of comfort and hospitality.

Para se ter condições de aranhas dentro do quarto, colchão fraco e assentos maus, mais valia fazer campismo, ao menos já se vai com a ideia de se dormir neste de tipo de condições, e é mais barato. Às 5h30 da manhã começou-se a ouvir um trator no campo ao lado, e foi impossível de dormir mais. Não é culpa da proprietária, claro, mas para isso prefiro ir para um parque de campismo.

O ambiente do parque

Claro que não é um luxo. Quem vai para lá tem obrigação de saber isso e é ridículo esperar casa de banho à porta. Mas dentro do que se espera há muita coisa a melhorar com algum investimento: por exemplo, se houvesse um bom capacho à porta não se sujava tanto a casa.
