Lovely quiet location with great pool. Bungalow was modern and clean. Staff were very helpful and arranged a trip to Etna for us

Some facilities, ie cooking utensils, are shared and so if you go at the wrong time there is nothing to cook with. Bungalow has no kitchen cupboards and so nowhere to store food etc. TV only in main bedroom

Agricampegio Verde Etna offers good value for money. The location is great for exploring the area, but a car is a must – every trip takes at least 30 minutes of driving. Our bungalow was excellent: spacious, very clean, with good air conditioning and comfortable beds. No complaints there. We stayed 4 days and had a good time overall. We had dinner once at the campsite restaurant – tasty, generous portions, and not expensive. Breakfast is simple but good. For the price, it’s absolutely fine.

The campsite itself has some downsides. The pool bar menu looks tempting, but half of it is “unavailable.” Prosecco? Either “not cold,” “finished,” or “saved for the evening party.” Unless you’re Italian – then you somehow get what you want. As a tourist, you can feel a bit less welcome, especially since many locals come to swim and seem to get better treatment. Also, be aware that there are often evening parties with music going on until midnight (sharp). So if you’re looking for peace and quiet, this isn’t the place.
