Agricampeggio Verde Etna

The location is great. The bungalow is very cosy for a family stay. One can park his personal vehicle next to his bungalow which is very comfortable especially when traveling with babies/ kids. The area is very clean and the view is exceptional. The staff are more than helpful.

The negatives far out way the positives. The room was clean. Staff friendly. I believe for the money paid you would expect more. The facilities were great if you could use them with out party guests staring at you.

This is not a hotel it is a party venue. We stayed here for 4 nights. (Saturday to Wednesday). Every night there was a party using the facilities hotel guests should use (making it not possible for us) . The party was at the pool, restaurant, and garden, playing very loud music until at least 12/1am even 2am. The hotel does not state that this a party Venue on the information. But the restaurant/party garden is directly next to the chalets and camping places. In addition the pool is directly next to chalet 1 (the chalet we were staying in). Often we had party guests yelling in front of the chalet and wandering into our private garden. The hotel just said that they would turn the music down but this changed nothing. Additionally you can use the hot tub by appointment. We organised to use it on Monday night, not knowing there was a party. The party moved outside after we entered and we spent the whole time being stared at by party guests, making it extremely uncomfortable. We asked early on Tuesday morning if we could use it again Tuesday night. They said yes and when we went to use it there was a party at the pool right next to the hot tub (coming back early hoping it would be private on a Tuesday night). I am not sure why the hotel thinks hotel guests would use the hot tub in the middle of the party. Additionally the party guests do not deserve to have people in a hot tub in the middle of the party. Also the pool requires a swimming cap. The hotel told us this 2 days before check in. (When we were already in Sicily and could not pack one). Extremely unprofessional and disappointing stay. We could not sight see and visit all that was planned as we had to recover sleep and were exhausted. The hotel is all about money, trying to do too many things at once. I would not recommend this Accomodation.

Excellent location and quiteness. Very pleasant swimming pool and great views to Mt. Etna.

The lack of a kitchenette in the bungalow! Not having one limits the eating options.

The location is beautiful.

The fact you need to swim in the pool with a bathing cap.
