Half of the facilities were not open. There were supposed to be two big pools which are quite a main attraction of this place when you travel with kids, but one of them was closed. There was no information about that during the booking or at arrival. The was no information why its closed, for how long it will be closed or when it will open. During the entire stay that kids pool (the one located towards the south) stayed closed all days. There was no clear indication of shows - when they happen, how long they are, what time they start. Also sometimes the Mini Disco started at 20:30 and finished at 21:30 or later, sometimes it finished at 21:00. It felt like its the first time they are doing this, very disorganized, not communication, outdated signs of activites that never happened, ...
