Dušas flīzes izskatās netīras, bet tas noteikti ūdens krāsas dēļ; dušas klausules turētājs knapi turās pie sienas. Manuprāt, vannasistabā prasītos pēc kosmētiskā remonta. Namiņā brīžiem bija vēss (šķiet, ka diezgan ātri tiek izpūsts siltums), bet granulu katls uzsilda telpu pietiekami labi, ir pieejams arī sildītājs.

The only positive thing we had about this place was the magnificent view towards the Bay of Riga, but the view wouldn’t substitute to even a fraction of the defects in the accommodation.

Now Where should I start…? 

Despite the very high expectations me and my companion had for this accommodation we were heavily dissatisfied with the result. 

Outside: The front door lock didn’t seem to work and the door was sticking from the lower side possibly due to very worn out hinges. The cottage is extremely close (about 15 meters) to what I assume is the home of the hosts. The house was inhabited the whole time we stayed here. The grill mentioned in the advertisement was an old and extremely dirty and banged up coal burning grill for which there were no coal provided. Its location is also bad, since it’s not located on the patio of the accommodation, instead it’s about 10 meters off to the lawn.
 The road which leads to the accommodation is all okay up until the last 50 meters which features a few sharp rocks which have risen from the ground due to erosion. The bathroom: 

There was a distinct smell of urine and sewer emanating from the bathroom which no amount of flushing the toilet would get rid of. The toilet didn’t flush quite right and the flushing water had odd black particles in it

. The shower drain was partially blocked, hence water pooled up on the floor

. The sink cabinet had a very strong smell of urine. 
The shower head holder had come off its mountings on the wall. There were no shelves in the shower to put your shampoo bottles on. The shower closet’s door came off from its rails hence you couldn’t pull the door shut. There was a very large spider by European standards on the floor of the shower etc... Booking doesn't allow a review nearly long enough to describe all the other problems, but the most serious one was that in the dead of the night at about 2.30 in the morning we woke up to a mouse eating away at one of our bags and we saw it run under the bed towards the outer wall when we shined a flashlight towards the bags. All in all a terrible experience.

View was amazing, great terrace and barbecue area

Bathroom, floor and “kitchen” area was very dirty and some things required repair. It's impossible to sleep at early morning, the night curtain doesn't cover the window completely, I had to cover the window with clothes. Small uncomfortable pillows. Stinky towels. No WiFi, the mobile network in this area was very poor

Apart from the view (which is of course the main reason to stay here) I want to mention the comfortable bed. I don't know why it's mentioned as a sofabed in description. It's a proper bed with a really good mattress. I rarely like a mattress other than my own, but in this case I did. The place is not as secluded as I expected, it's right next to a campsite, but I was lucky with neighbours, they made zero noise.

No one expects 5 star hotel facilities as such a place, but having said that, some things could easily be improved: - No mosquito net on the door or windows. - No road sign. They provided me photos, which helped me to eventually find the place, but with a road sign it would have been much easier. - I ran out of water after like 5 minutes of showering. Seeing the small tank, I did expect running out of hot water, but I never expected to run out of cold water either. Some warning would be appreciated, then the guests could plan their shower better. And yes, the water has a rusty smell, as mentioned in other reviews. - The fridge is annoyingly noisy. I had to turn it off.
