Very cosy camping with helpful and friendly host. I would also recommend a sahara trip organised by the host

The host was very welcoming and knowledgable on the local area, including organising a tour in the desert on a very short notice. He welcomed us very late in the evening and even provided us dinner. Very nice alternative experience to staying in one of the larger camps in the desert.

We arrived in Merzouga in the evening and were welcomed with tea and snacks before indulging in the most delicious dinner we had in Marocco. Sleeping in one of the tents and waking up for the sunrise, hanging out with the dromedaries, and meeting Lhou and his family... We truly couldn't have asked for more, except for more time maybe :) If you are planning on exploring the dunes and making the most of your time in and around Merzouga, make sure to talk with Lhou before booking another tour online. He has his own dromedaries, knows people in town and will be able to help you put together the desert experience of your dreams. I cannot wait to be back one day!

Everything was amazing. We felt like home. The food was delicious, he even made some lunch for our trip and organised a spontaneous camel trip. I highly recommend to stay with Hassan. It was a pleasure and I'd love to come back.

All of it. From arrival til departure, the experience we had thanks to Hassan was precious. Makes sure you have an excellent dinner when you arrive; is such a nice company that we ended our evening listening to his life stories, back to the base where you enjoy the basic things. Highly recommend the stayover in the desert. You get to the chance to see how nomads live and the guiding throughout the desert was perfect. Hassan even makes sire your car/vehicle is in a safe spot while you are sleeping in the desert. Heartwarming. Thank you!
