Property Notes

As we are experiencing a severe drought on the island, our approach to save water is changing all towels and bedsheets every 3 days. This property does not accommodate parties or wedding groups. There will be a construction starting from the end of August 2024 and will be completed November 2025 near by, therefore some construction noise to be experienced during working hours. Although by no means the building works will be obstructing our beautiful sea views. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

The property was fantastic. Beautifully decorated and the facilities were excellent. Loved the small private pool, very refreshing after a hot day. NES the host was very friendly and helpful recommending places to eat in the area.

The location is a little bit too remote for us as we didn’t want to hire scooters. It took about 15-20 minutes to walk to Haad Salad by cutting through a nearby resort. There was also a small beach about 5 minutes walk but there weren’t any restaurants or bars just a large budget resort type place. That area of Koh phangan is very hilly and so not great for people walking.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mayara Pool villas. Nes was incredibly kind, gave us recommendations, helped us with everything we needed. Thank you so much Nes! Perfect location if you want to have a quiet holiday near incredible beaches. To get around you definitely need to rent a scooter.

"Un séjour inoubliable"

La Villa est magnifique et la vue Ă  couper le souffle. L’emplacement est parfait et le lieu est calme & paisible. L’endroit parfait pour sĂ©journer en couple. Les plages Ă  proximitĂ© sont exceptionnelles. Le petit plus, la location d’un scooter est possible sur place.

"Great accommodation - very nice owner"

We really enjoyed our stay at Mayara villas because of the very beautiful villa and private pool. The owner of the villas were also really friendly and helpful. It was easy to rent a scooter from them to cruise around the island. They were always there for questions and other requests. We would definitely stay there again.
