Excellent accommodation, friendly staff, excellent facilities and the location was perfect for what we were wanting to do.

Shower handles for hot and cold water were difficult to work out, in the main bedroom.

"Not very pleasant."

They had quite a bit of facilities

The showers in the room never had hot water in the mornings in some rooms, the reception didn’t answer our calls at 9am to tell them there’s no water. Some stuff were very rude and we had to take all our luggage on our own pushing porter trolleys with no way to get to the ground floor. A lot of bugs in the rooms.
