This is my third stay at the hotel and I can only say that everything is amazing from the moment i arrived , the warmth and generosity of all the staff , feeling like home as always . special thanks to Mr Mohamed rashad the front office manager , Mr Halim Hafez the food and beverage manager , Mr Amr the receptionist and Mr Abdelrahman in the greek restaurant , To the hotel management, you are lucky to have these people with you.
