Everything was great. Swim up rooms are so nice. Location, cleanness, staff at the hotel are all great. Spa is also good and nice quality. The restaurants, including Asian, Greak, italian, Mongolian were included to all inclusive if you want alternative to open buffet. Food was so delicious too. Chef was kind and Professional. Hopefully we will visit the hotel again.. Just a side note: If you book extra trips to the islands next to Hurgada or snorkeling from the company located in the beach side of the hotel, be sure that you bargin ! I do not like some of the people working for that company since they ask overprice and then you have to bargin. It gives a feeling of being cheated. You may book your boat trips from booking way cheaper...

The beach could have been open by 7.30 pm. 6 pm is too early for summer. Or let the people stay on the beach/in the sea on their own risk after 6 pm until 7.30 pm The bed sizes could have been a little bit bigger. The bed sizes especially for double bed are not in European standards. Be sure either you book two single beds or king size bed. Single beds are good for a single person and very comfortable... However, those are minor details for areas of further improvements.. overall great... thanks

Our stay was truly exceptional from start to finish! A huge thank you to Mr. Mina at reception for a warm welcome, a fantastic room upgrade, and for effortlessly managing our restaurant reservations. Our son adored the two amazing kids' pools, especially the pirate slides, and we loved the soft sandy beach – perfect for relaxing and building sandcastles, a refreshing change from the rocky shores often found in Hurghada. Dining was a highlight! The Italian restaurant served an incredible steak, and we're grateful to Mostafa (335) for his outstanding service. The Mongolian restaurant offered a unique and enjoyable experience, and Mohamed (315) was incredibly helpful in guiding us to create the perfect meal. Khaled (317) in the main restaurant deserves special mention for anticipating our drink orders daily – a truly personal touch! Mr. Boules, the restaurant manager, ensured every dining experience was seamless and enjoyable. Room service was consistently speedy and spotless, thanks to Mohamed (161) who kept our room pristine. Alaa by the pool was invaluable, always ensuring we had a prime spot and everything we needed by the water. Highly recommend! Finally, Saeed makes the great waffles by the pool. Really the stuff makes everything wonderful and perfect.

While the snack restaurant offered satisfying choices like pasta, rice, meat, hot dogs, and ice cream, I feel it would benefit greatly from a wider array of sandwich selections, given its purpose as a snack spot. Fortunately, the main restaurant offers excellent lunch options if you're looking for more variety. The animation team was excellent with the kids. To make their activities even more exciting, consider adding face painting and having them dress up in costumes to draw the children in more effectively.
