Very nice and helpful owner. They will organize tours/transportation/whatever you need. Best scooter I ever rented anywhere for a good price. Breakfast was egg, some sausage/meat (I skipped that), toast with butter and jam plus coffee. Nice location a little off the main road, very quite.

There was some smell in the room we couldn't place. Nothing particularly bad, maybe some cleaning detergent? One of the friendly geckos left his tiny poop during the night, just a little annoying tough. The view from the bungalows/terrace is just a well maintained lawn with some trees. Don't expect a fancy garden.

I Bungalow sono immersi nel verde ma, allo stesso tempo, vicini a tutto. Sono davvero molto carini e all'interno molto spaziosi. Ogni giorno puliscono la camera e c'è anche il servizio lavanderia gestito dai proprietari. Loro sono stati di una gentilezza infinita, ci hanno offerto davvero un'ottima accoglienza.

Nonostante la pulizia quotidiana delle camere, che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo, ci sono alcuni gechi che fanno i loro bisogni all'interno della camera sporcando l'ambiente. Questa cosa a noi ha dato un fastidio tollerabile, ma potrebbe non essere così per tutti.

Beautiful villas with views over the Lanta mountain , I highly recommend the villas with the rooftop balcony. Serene environment , super quiet in the evenings. Gardens and grounds kept to a high standard Fast WiFi Ice cold modern AC that runs quietly Owners are very warm and friendly , fantastic customer service. I kept extending my stay and ended up doing 4 weeks here. My stay was perfect throughout.

We absolutely loved our stay at this guesthouse and can highly recommend it. The place is run by a lovely family—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily with great care, and a nice breakfast was included in the room price. The host helped us arrange a scooter (250 baht per day for a stronger one that could carry two people), which made getting around easy. The location was also perfect—you can reach everything quickly by scooter. We would definitely stay here again!

A bit far from the beach, a 10 minute walk. But you could also hire a moped without problem.
