Owners didn't give us the key code to get in van till day after arrival

Lovely caravan. Comfortable beds. Showers were great. Sofas were comfortable. They responded quickly to our messages. The site is very good and not far to walk to the sea front. We would definitely recommend and come back if we return to skegness.

The toilet seats were broken. Two youngest kept nearly falling off. They did try to fix them, so I can't fault that.

The double bed was so comfy the caravan was so big I would definitely stay there again

There wasn't anything we didn't like

It was a beautiful caravan, home from home, set out nice, washer dryer dishwasher, toaster etc, nice and clean, , little garden with table & chairs, main bedroom big bed with own shower room, Netflix to, couple of shops & pubs in walking distance, cheap bus service, not a bad walk to places fancy island & Skegness if you like walking

Everything was perfect 😊

Always clean, comfy beds, good sized showers with good water pressure, good location and easy to get to local attractions. Close to a bus stop if you don't want to drive.

Loved our stay and we will definitely be booking again
