A Lovely Cosy, private, quiet location / pod with great views and amenities like fire pit, hot tub! Secure garden great for the dog.

Not keen on the toilet ( just not for me ) wasn’t keen on the bbq & utensils, unhygienic area for cooking. But didn’t spoil our stay.

This is a perfect location close to the park and ride for York and also close to superstores and food if you drive. The pod was picturesque and we had such a wonderful stay.

Spiders but that can’t be helped haha. I’m just a wuss.

The property was in a lovely area, a gorgeous scenery.

Was a little dusty in areas, and some plugs were faulty but other than that really enjoyed the stay

This place is amazing. It has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The bed was comfortable, the hut was clean, the hot tub was already hot for when we arrived & there was plenty of wood to keep it going into the evening & also to use on the firepit. The owner was extremely helpful from start to finish. The shower block was clean and not a far walk. The extra touches made it extra special for us.

There wasn't anything we didn't like other than not having much choice in near by places to eat.

Calm, cosy and peaceful

This place is lovely and great for a cosy get away. The farm area is relaxing and great for a walk around. Full BBQ facilities are provided outside to use free of charge. Tom provided us with a birthday banner and balloons on arrival - lovely touch. Thankyou!

N/A The ecotoilet is a different concept - but we liked the novelty!

We stayed her for 2 nights, absolutely amazing! Everything you needed there, lots of cool things to see! We’d love to get married here! We had a private bathroom area which was a small shed next to our garden, very old fashioned and interesting! Lots of games, teas, coffees and sweet treats in our lodge!

It’s hard to find anything not likeable, the ash in the hot tub was very full as it’s a log burning tub, so that could have been emptied, and there was quite a few cob webs in our lodge so could of had a dust! Everywhere else was well cleaned.

Met our needs for an overnight stop off to our Location the day after. The Hot Tub was great, never used a log burner one before but it was Very Hot and kept the heat. Bed was comfy.

It was ok for me but my wife wasn't so keen on the outside toilet that we had to visit at 4am. The only downside to the log burning Hot Tub was if you got down wind of the smoke you had smoke in your face and when we nipped out to get some tea we could smell burnt logs on us.
