Stonehenge Campsite & Glamping

Conveniently situated near to the A303. Walk to excellent local pub. Showers are free. Well kept grounds. Friendly staff.

We had stayed before in a camper van and, although the showers were okay, they could do with an upgrade. This time we stayed in the Moon pod. There was broken, old furniture on the decking (which hadn’t been swept). The canvas awning on the pod was covered in black mould. The pod itself was clean enough. However, the mattress, which appeared to have black mould, was covered in plastic. This, added to synthetic bedding, made for an uncomfortable night. Would not stay again.

La porte de la roulotte ne ferme pas correctement et laisse passer de l air , nous avons donc dû garder le poêle électrique allumé toute la nuit mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé pour dormir. Il suffit de le régler pour qu'il souffle quand la température descend. Côté homme les sanitaires étaient petits et sales

Everything Just a Magic Place, out from the Fairy Tales! Beautiful place, enourmously comfortable, extremely cleaned. Gentle and disponible staff. Beautiful sorroundings, beautiful sight from the windows of the room. Well warmed. Loved this place. Caring with the needs. The perfect room actually! Free possibility hour of check out.

In my room didn't catched the free wifi! I didn't had the car. By feet is not so near actually to Stonehenge. By car/bus yes.

Close to Stonehenge

No towels or breakfast which was in the advertised booking. No heating in the yurt unless you bought wood.

It was really atmospheric we loved staying in the Yurt. The quilt was really good.

It was cold, and despite there being electricity there was no electric heater. There was a fire but as we arrived on motorbikes we didn't have any way to buy wood. So we did spend quite a cold night. There was no cutlery despite there being a kettle and plates and a toaster.

Very basic accommodation close to Stonehenge.

No towels provided, make sure to BYO.

The manager was lovely and greeted us at the gate. Even though we arrived 3 hours before check in he let us check into our tents. Lots of info given to us on arrival. Accommodation good value for money and good range of equipment provided.

The ladies shower blocks were great but mens very disappointing. My son didn't want to shower. These really need to be the same high standard similar to the ladies.
