location, clean, new, parking, receptionists trying to be helpful

first night no heating and couldnt cook because hob wasnt working. woke up in the morning- blankets, pillows, mattress and our unpacked stuff soaking wet. condensation on the walls running down. daughter woke up freezing with stuffy nose, i woke up with stuffy nose, fever etc. kids went swimming with granny. i went to doctors for medication and stayed at the chalet. dealing with electricians and receptionists who were in and out every hour with blowheaters, blankets etc... second night heating was with a mobile radiator reception brought us which worked fine, apart from the metal becoming extremely hot and my boy getting burned duting the night. tried using hob this morning for bacon and eggs. it was working until all the eggs and bacon were in the pan...since then no electricity at all... I've paid 100€/night for a self-catering chalet and instead of enjoying my only holiday this year i end up really sick and i have had to pay for restaurants 4x rather than cooking and now we cant have showers or cook breakfast before leaving either! the two elderly receptionists are sweet but overwhelmed and the owner isn't on site. i want my money back and some sort of compensation for the food we brought and the restaurant bills, never mind the fact that I'm terribly sick during my only holiday and shortly have to drive home with fever.

Nice, quiet and clean campsite. Nice service at the reception and during our stay. Nice surroundings of the camp. Superiorly equipped mobile home.
