The Indus River Camp

Great customer service from pre check in (messaging me ahead of time and providing contact # for getting directions), upon arrival, and saying goodbye on checking out! Great location and lovely accommodation including shower area facing trees.

The toilet bowl is not too convenient to use

Indus River camp is an idyllic place if you want to spend a quiet gateway not too far from Leh. We spent a really good stay here, the food was amazing and the staff was so nice and helpful! Special mention to Rigzin, from the begining to the end, he was there to assist us anytime we need, we won’t forget his exceptional kindness. We definitively recommand this camp, it is truly a gem in Ladakh!

There is no better place to stay in Leh. The views are the best in the city, and the service and friendliness of the Indus River Camp was beyond anything we could have expected. It's the best Indian food we had during my friend's visit to the country, and all freshly made with seasonal ingredients. The activities were fun and the rooms perfect in size and facilities. If you want a peaceful place to enjoy the Himalayas, you just have to go here. Mary, Nico and the whole team made us feel so welcome, we will definitely come back.

It was very clean, staff was super friendly and very accommodating of needs. Always there to help in any situation. Rooms were very clean.

The only problem was the insects that come in the bathroom.

Our stay at The Indus River Camp was truly exceptional. The location is stunning, with beautiful villas that offer a perfect blend of luxury and nature. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They reached out to us before our arrival to ask about dietary needs, which was a thoughtful touch. The food was delicious, and the hospitality was top-notch. Special mention to the staff—Rigzin, Kunzes, Rabsal, and others—who made our stay even more enjoyable.

There was nothing significant to dislike. However, the chicken served during meals could have been more tender.
