Nothing even if it is close to the beach. Work in progress everywhere outside the hotel. Stocking of building materials and great mess.

We left the accommodation after two hours. Dirty, not maintained, no water, nobody seemed to be caring about this hotel. What a pity to waste the opportunity to have a hotel in such a beautiful place like Saud Beach.

The staff is what made this place a lot better. Very helpful and polite, even carried our bags up for us. Beds were really comfortable. The deluxe room had a great view on the balcony of the sunset. Towels were the best towels we've had so far. They had a hot/cold water dispenser in the hallways of each floor, it was great for noodles and drinking water. Location is really close to beach with parking available. We didn't mind our stay since it could have been worse, but there's definitely not much choice around especially going with bookings.

No hot shower for 2/3 rooms with low water pressure. No garbage can in the rooms. They had a dog on a short leach tied in the back every morning (unnecessary since all other dogs roam free) it barked forever because it couldn't go anywhere. The "diner" was closed for most of the time (they opened it for us on the last day which was nice). Wifi in the room farther down the 1st floor had 0 wifi/data connection. From the reviews, I somewhat knew what to expect.

no management at all. Our room has broken door knob, not functional. no trashbin no blankets only throw blankets no water heater. lavatory broken with flooding in the bathroom. 1windows broken that doesn’t close. dusty rooms like windows with cobwebs. bathroom are unsanitary

location was great, staff were nice, food was nice

The location was near, not on, the beach. But it was a short and pleasant walk. Staff were friendly and helpful. Electricity and in-room internet were good.

Small maintenance items were lacking. No towel bar... just the mounts where one used to be. No mirror over the sink... just he mounts where one used to be. The small A/C struggled to cool the room after an afternoon of direct sunlight. Shower water pressure was low and water didn't flow to the drain.

Pros: Bed is comfortable and lots of pillows.

Cons: Bad attitude staff, they will roll eyes on you all the time and they lack proper hospitality training, it’s like you owe them your stay. The room is definitely the worst, the ceiling of the toilet is open, the shower has no water coming out because the shower head is clog, no hot shower because the heater is not working, no soap, no tissue, no bidet, not even a water dipper or bucket so you have to be resourceful.. you know what i mean. Also when we are about to sleep, the fire alarm went on, there are no one in the reception so i called it in i called 3 numbers before someone came, after they turned it off someone knocks on our door and they said the alarm was in our room they blamed us that we smoke or vape in our room but i insist we didn’t because we really didn’t and we’re the one who called it in. We offer them to inspect our room and check our stuff to clear the confusion because they insisting it came from us, but in the end they just reset our smoke detector. After that they just left and as if nothing happened, they speak only their dialect and just so rude in front of us looking us back suspiciously and talking at each other. Its the worst stay we had, if you can read this i dare not to go here and look for somewhere else. Our hotel in Vigan is much cheaper than this one with free breakfast and complete with what its missing here. I just wish we just stayed to 2 nights in Vigan instead. And last, the room is infested with lots and lots of ANTS! Worst!
