WiFi is only available in the kitchenette. Please note that you need to bring your own sleeping bags as no sheets are provided. Sleeping begs can be provided at an extra cost of GBP 5 per person. Directions: Bower Pods is on the B876, 9 miles from Wick or 5 miles from Castletown. Guests should look for the" Bower Pods" sign at the property's road end, turn down and the property will have our guest's name and key on the Pod door.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Super Gastvrouw, en goedverblijf als basis voor meerdere uitstapjes op de NC 500"

De locatie is perfect als basis voor de trip van de NC 500 om de oostkust en de noordkust te bezoeken. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer, die graag een praatje komen maken over hun leven op het land en de Schotse Hooglanden. Alle faciliteiten zijn voorzien. Mooie ruimtes voor de overnachting en keuken en badkamer faciliteiten zijn uitstekend en hygienisch. Ook is er voldoende informatie over de mogelijkheden wat men kan bezoeken en hoe met verder kan reizen voor de NC 500. Top locatie!

"Lovely pod on the Norwegian ‘hytte’ model."

Lovely pod on the Norwegian ‘hytte’ model. Well presented and spotlessly clean. Location ideal for meetings in Wick, Thurso and Gills Bay area.

I know it’s the market forces of demand and supply but the price was more expensive than supposedly pricey Norway for the same facilities, although in fairness much cheaper than on the west coast segment of the so-called NC500.

A lovely little pod not far off the NC500 route. Kitchen and shower facilities were extremely clean and comfortable. Very welcoming host!
