JCALM Beach resort

The location is perfect, love the peace and quiet not crowded.

Just the room its too crowded. 8 beds in one bedroom.

Good aircon Bunk beds are all double sized Caretaker is attentive

- curtain is used as blanket! - we were charged 200 for use of kitchen (gas) and 50 for drinking water. - beachfront was dirty with broken bottles, we had to clean up - not a swimmable beach - not CALM waves. Not sure if this is seasonal. And too many rough pebbles - there was an ongoing boat building or repair and electrical extension was tapped on our porch which made going in and out of our room difficult. They should not inconvenience guests - the stores charge tourist prices and incomplete (we almost could not buy rice) - you have to go out to the highway to buy what you need. - the road going out to the highway is very dark at night with many stray dogs - no floor drain the the toilet (not shower area) so CR becomes flooded easily

The beach is calmer in this area unlike in San Juan. The dining area and the rooms are spacious!

Need to discover the entrance. At first it’s like a dead end.

The place is near Baguio. You will also pass through the Almeida Man-made Forest if you are coming from Naguilian Road. If you are coming from Ilocos, you will pass through Luna town, where you can visit the Baluarte before enjoying your stay here. You will really enjoy your stay here, freshly caught fish that you can buy at a low price. The room is spacious for a family of four. You can also cook and you can even have a bonfire at night. The water is clear, especially in the morning. This is a very relaxing place that is also near the USAFFE-NL Military Shrine and Park.

There is privacy in the location, it is not crowded. The price of our stay is worth it. The caretaker is very much accommodating. We had relaxing stay with my family.

My family enjoyed the short get away! The owner is responsive and the caretaker has been very helpful during our stay. The facility is convenient enough- a small cottage to keep valuables, rest and shower, outdoor kitchen to cook and grill! The view is fantastic, the whole stretch of beach is clean. Great venue and good value for money if you're looking for family or group day out!:)

The surroundings does not feel safe and the facilities are old.
